Looking for an individual who will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction This individual will also learn the industry to take on prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales management team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
- Must be driven and excited to learn how the service industry works and be open to learning all facets of our business and service offerings to best be able to speak on who we are and what we offer.
- Salesforce or HubSpot experience
