Enterprise Sales Executive (Commission Only) - Digital Springboard

Do you love building relationships and helping companies explore innovative solutions? Do you have a passion for sales and Technology? We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help grow Digital Springboard’s clientbase. The sales rep will seek out new clients and develop relationships with existing partners and clients in the consumer product ecosystem. This role carries a large amount of flexibility and is centered around deliverables. This is an Uncapped Commission-only position.
● Create and maintain a sales pipeline to manage inbound customer inquiries and outbound activity
● Become a thought leader on customer engagement technology
● Plan and execute sales strategies with regular reporting
● Manage multiple deals concurrently
● Negotiate and close deals effectively
● Qualify and forecast deals to meet targets
● Persistent, adaptable and goal-oriented.
● Clear and confident communicator capable of providing regular feedback to other team members.
● Strong problem solving, negotiation & closing skills
● A solid record of achievements in prior sales position(s)
● A thorough understanding of SaaS based Enterprise sales
● The ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
● 2+ years of experience in solution selling
