We are changing the way bars, breweries, and other businesses offer food to their customers. We connect those businesses to favorite restaurants in their neighborhood to offer a custom food menu without the hassles of having their own kitchen.

As the most senior authority on sales, you will be an important part of the company’s leadership leading and scaling our sales org. Including setting strategy, market expansion, geographic expansion, recruiting, setting best practices, and building the sales playbook. What you’ll do:
– Head our sales team by recruiting, managing, coaching and leading the sales team and assisting in sales activities as necessary
– Mentor and motivate our sales talent and create an exciting, fast paced environment where people are driven to improve their craft and excel
– Continuously refine / adapt the sales process including identifying approaches to increase lead generation and compress the sales cycle
– Help set and execute our growth strategy across geographies and markets
– Work closely with our Leadership Team to leverage and drive cross-functional improvements and efficiencies
– Identify, implement, and deploy customized CRM solution, metric expectations, and rules of engagement
– Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure long term customer satisfaction

Requirements

– Experience recruiting, training, and managing sales teams
– Experience in inside and outside sales
– Experience in both bus dev/sales rep and sales leadership positions
– Vision and strategic thinking – as part of our leadership team you will help grow the company
– Hospitality industry, B2B sales, and start up environment experience preferred
