We’re looking fort: A digital marketing maven responsible for planning, creating and implementing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition. A highly-motivated self-starter who can produce results, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company that is disrupting the gifting industry.

In this role you will:

● Be accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention

● Help design content marketing strategy and KPIs in line with our sales efforts

● Create content including, but not limited to, web copy, blogs, white papers, bylines, social, email, newsletters etc.

● Own our social media strategy and assets, establish KPIs and drive engagement

● Maintain and drive the look and feel of our website

● Oversee all offline, event and trade show marketing

● Assess content effectiveness and show ROI

● Oversee and drive web content with ongoing updates including copy, content /resources to keep the experience fresh, engaging and relevant

● Assist in managing our CRM and integrations with other inter-company platforms

● Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives and systematically improve lead generation

● Collect and analyze key data to measure effectiveness across channels (website, marketing automation, social, etc) and provide insights and recommendations

● Provide ideas for future strategic initiatives as it relates to lead generation through recommended communication tools, approaches and platforms

Requirements

● A Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience directly managing marketing programs (both DTC and B2B experience an advantage)

● Excellent copywriting skills (online and offline)

● Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience

● Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results through lead generation

● Strong analytical skills, including utilizing data and reports to analyze results, extract insights and make recommendations for future actions

● Experience with social media marketing and management tools

● Previous experience with SEO and SEM

● Extraordinary attention to detail

● Basic knowledge of photoshop an advantage

● Experience with basic HTML coding and other digital technologies an advantage

● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
